Kathryn Kramer grew up in Annapolis, Maryland and Santa Fe, New Mexico. She’s a graduate of Marlboro College and Johns Hopkins University, has worked in publishing, as a typist, a chef, an ESL teacher, and for the past quarter century she has taught at various institutions of higher education, most recently Middlebury College.
